Public Notice
The Planning Board of the Town of Berlin, Rensselaer County, State of New York, Rensselaer County, will be holding public hearings to consider the subdivision application of property owned by Bonnie Wittman, located at 75 Bower Road, Town of Berlin, New York 12022 (Tax Map 161.-1-3).
The public hearing will be held in the meeting room, in the Town of Berlin Municipal Complex, located at 17563 State Route 22, Berlin, NY, on Thursday, December 4, 2025 at 7:00 pm.

The Town Board of the Town of Berlin, Rensselaer County, State of New York will be holding a public hearing on the 2026 Preliminary Budget on November 13, 2025 at 7:00 pm at the Town of Berlin Municipal Complex, 17563 State Route 22, Berlin, New York. All are welcome. After deliberate consideration the preliminary budget has remained under the tax cap.
